In the early stages of a premises liability or negligent security case, it is important to attempt to determine any basis for foreseeability. Rarely would the role of the Investigator stop at simply providing crime grid information for the specific area and time frames. This is only the starting point to a more broad premises liability investigation.  Downs Kearney Investigations will analyze the information obtained from crime grid research and provide valuable insight to relevant information such as finding witnesses to similar claims, or identifying parties from prior cases that may provide essential non-privileged information.
